Delete your Spatial Glass account
You can ask us to delete your Spatial Glass account and all data associated with it. You can do this from inside the app, or by emailing us using the steps below. You don't need to reinstall the app.
How to request deletion by email
- Send an email to contact@madow.ai with the subject line Spatial Glass account deletion request.
- Send it from the email address registered to your Spatial Glass account. If you use a different address, include your registered address in the message.
- We will reply to your registered address to confirm the request is yours. Your account is deleted once you confirm.
We complete confirmed requests within 30 days.
Delete from inside the app
If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account from the account settings in Spatial Glass.
What we store
Spatial Glass stores only the following information:
- Your email address.
- Posts you create. Each post includes a photo, a title, a description, and a timestamp.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently delete your email address and every post you created, including its photo, title, description, and timestamp. Deletion can't be undone.
What we keep
We don't keep any of your account data after deletion.
